Kawaii Appreciation has been open since May 05, 2007. The title was inspired by several Ouran episodes where both Tamaki and Honey appreciate Haruhi's "kawainess". They are my favorite characters because they are both so adorable!! Honey carries his Usa-chan while Tamaki has his adorable teddy bear, they are both so honest with their emotions, they are sweet, honest, loving, and so funny as well!!
A b o u t O u r a n H i g h s c h o o l H o s t C l u b
OKHC is the story of Fujioka Haruhi, an ordinary girl who has recently entered the prestigious Ouran Academy, where the sons of daughters of the powerful and wealthy attend. One day, she enters what seems as an unused music room, but in fact, its the home of the famous Host Club. After meeting the quite unique members of the club, who have mistaken her as a boy, Haruhi accidentaly breaks an 8 million yen vase and is forced to work as the club's dog to pay it off.
But the club's "King" Suou Tamaki, notices Haruhi's natural potential as a Host and decides to add her to the club, where she must get 100 customers to designate her (later 1000) in order to pay off her debt. After a series of events, all the members figure out that she is in fact a girl, but Haruhi decides to remain as a boy since she doesn't mind being either. Thus begins her crazy adventures with the Host Club, a quite unique but wonderful group.
R e l a t i o n s h i p
Tamaki and Honey met while Tamaki was still in middle school. Tamaki had just come up with the idea to open a Host Club with Kyouya, and approached Honey one day and asked him to join. Honey however, was going through a very difficult time because he had to let go of the things he loved most in life: sweets and adorable items. He had to give them up in order to become the strongest Haninozuka after his father.
At this time, Honey is in the karate club, where the other members say he's manly and fierce so Honey is happy. Honey sees a pink bunny peeking through the door and decides to follow it. As he finally finds the bunny, he notices it is in fact a puppet, which is being held by Tamaki. Tamaki is the one that lets Honey know what true strength is, accepting and being happy with yourself and the things you truly love. Tamaki asks Honey to join the Host Club, since his adorable qualities are perfect for the club's purposes.
After listening to Tamaki's version of true strength, Honey fights his father and beats him to the point he ends up in the hospital. Since Honey's abillities scared his father and a national security official who witnessed the fight, Honey was able to quit the karate club and enter the Host Club.
Honey is always willing to participate in Tamaki's wacky ideas, he's often the only one who wants to cheer Tamaki up when he's sad (when Haruhi's mean to him lol, or when things don't go as he planned, etc.) Whatever the plan is, Honey is there. Tamaki respects Honey because he is his senpai and because of Honey's scary abillities. XD They both have quite an appreciation for things that are cute, especially when it comes to Haruhi.
