Love & War has been open since January 31st, 2008 but was finally online until February 4th, 2008. (long story) The name was inspired by the reason behind this rivalry: they are both in love with the same girl!! XP And since all is fair in love and war, well everything goes!! ;) (I bet that didn't make sense but I'm half asleep at the time XD)

What is Ouran Koukou Host Club? This shoujo anime/manga tells the story of Fujioka Haruhi, a young girl who has recently entered a very prestigious highschool called Ouran Academy, where the sons and daughters of extremely wealthy and powerful people attend. Unlike all the other students, Haruhi is actually what they call "a commoner", and had the chance to attend Ouran due to a scholarship.

Upon looking for a quiet place to study, Haruhi finds the door to the 3rd music room, which appears to be empty, but once she opens the door, a whole new world is opened before her eyes. She meets the members of the Host Club: Suoh Tamaki (club president), Ootori Kyouya (vice-president although he's the one who actually runs everything), Haninozuka Mitsukuni (a.ka. Honey), Morinozuka Takashi (a.ka Mori), Hitachiin Kaoru and Hitachiin Hikaru.

The club's purpose is to use the member's good looks and attributes to make their customers (mainly females) happy. Each member posseses a unique quality that attracts customers, whether they want a prince type, cool type, loli-shota type, wild type, or little devil type.

A freaked out Haruhi tries to leave and accidentaly knocks over a very expensive vase which breaks, and in order to pay for it she agrees to become the club's "dog" and do whatever chores or errands they need her to do. Haruhi is mistaken as a boy and does her job as the Club's dog until the moment Tamaki notices that she has host material, a natural actually. So in order to pay her debt, Haruhi must be designated by 100 customers, but later on due to a little incident, it becomes 1000 customers.

This is how Haruhi's journey as a member of the Host Club begins, in a very different world and in a very unconventional club. As the story progresses, Haruhi's bond with all the members grows as they experience all sort of wacky adventures and schemes which most of the time involve the whole club dressing up in a series of intresting costumes, something Haruhi always opposes to. ^^ But in time, she realizes that in that seemingly perfect world, not everything is what it seems, and that her new friends are actually quite an interesting but awesome bunch.
